Welcome Home Grants
The Welcome Home Grants are offered by a partnership of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati and certain local banks (not mortgage companies), including People’s Exchange Bank in Georgetown, Kentucky. Grants up to $5,000 can be used for down payment and closing costs. Active duty military and honorably discharged veterans qualify for up to $7,500! The grants are NOT limited to 1st time home buyers. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Income limits vary by county.
