This coaching is for women who:
- Are “high-functioning” but secretly exhausted, anxious, or numb
- Have spent their lives performing “success” and suppressing needs
- Feel lost, stuck, or ashamed after burnout, breakdown, or major life change
- Have CPTSD or ADHD, are highly sensitive people (HSP) or empaths – or suspect they might be
- Have been retraumatized when the advice of rah rah, just do it gurus doesn’t work for them
- Are tired of promises of quick fixes and want something real, gentle, and soul-deep

I’m Cathy Mattingly—a poet, filmmaker, writer, and lifelong seeker. After years of high-functioning success driven by fear and perfectionism, I faced burnout and a profound sense of disconnection. My journey through complex trauma, ADHD, and menopause led me to a deeper understanding of the nervous system and the transformative power of gentle, intentional healing.
Through my own unraveling and rebuilding, I’ve learned to honor the quiet wisdom within, embracing practices that foster self-trust and inner peace. Now, I guide others—especially sensitive, high-achieving women—through their own gentle rebuilds, helping them reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and authentic selves.
